Hi, I’m Alexandria Pearl Rosenberger, the creator of LoveYourz.

In 2020, I experienced a profound awakening that completely shifted how I understood myself and the world around me. What followed was a journey of deep transformation: learning to navigate my sensitivity, uncover personal patterns, and build a grounded, compassionate relationship with my body, energy, and emotions.

Through this process, I recognized just how profoundly our internal landscape shapes our external reality: where we hold tension, where we open up space, what we absorb, and how our connection with ourselves dictates how we move through life.

Over time, I came to view myself as an energy architect, exploring the subtle yet powerful connections between our physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers. LoveYourz grew directly from that space of discovery.

Through sound, energy alignment, somatic awareness, and conscious dialogue, my intention is to illuminate the invisible workings of our inner world. By making the unseen visible, we create room for deeper self-understanding, connection, and lasting transformation.

I am still learning, still evolving, and LoveYourz will continue to expand alongside me. But at the core of everything I do is love: the kind that invites us to see ourselves clearly, soften what we’ve been carrying, and anchor deeply into who we truly are.
